As I am talking about photographs from locations such as
different youth clubs; I will need to ask permission as the manager may object

Even though I am taking photographs of youth clubs. I cannot
claim that the business is mine or claim the name for the business.
Harm and offence
4.4 Marketing communications should
not contain or encourage violence or anti-social behaviour.
My articles will not contain anything that will contain
violence or misleading behaviour as the purpose of this article is to educate.

publish inaccurate, misleading or distorted information or images, including
headlines not supported by the text.
As I am going to be talking about youth clubs and them
shutting down I need to make sure that any of the information included/opinions
used should not be taken in the wrong way.
