    Hi Desiree this just about makes Merit level. You need to look at the brief as there is a list for each sector that you must use (especially key terminology) in order to secure merit or push to distinction level.


    For task 2.B you should explain how messages and meanings are conveyed through:
    • Mood and atmosphere, e.g. urban, traditional, reliable, cutting edge, dynamic
    • Genre, e.g. horror, romance, comedy
    • Ideology: values, e.g. political, religious or personal ideology, corporate values
    • Brand identity, e.g. humorous, formal, classic, youthful.

    2A.M3 (Merit) you have explained how messages and meanings are conveyed in three existing examples of graphic design from two different media sectors.
