#standuptobullying focus group
The discussion that we previously had done wasn't very useful as we didn't discuss other ways that our campaign can help bullying and what we thought of it. After of various discussions with our teachers our group decided to make a better and useful discussion with another group in our class so we could have more opinions of our campaign which we can or/and use in our final piece. Questions that were asked were 'what makes your campaign different from other campaigns?' The reply that we used was 'we are going to make our characters reverse roles, so that the bully is now the victim and the victim is now the bully so that the audience can see how victims feel during an attack. We have decided as a group to film most of the film in the school toilets, this is because this is a common place bullying normally occurs. We have decided to use people from other classes because we thought it wouldn't be necessary if we used ourselves. But we understand that we need to be considerate around school while filming.
The feedback we received, helped our group to figure out what we need to change and improve and what we need to keep. We have thought about many ways to present our campaign so that it stands out. One of the ways we could do this is by making an animation.

The questions proposed are not varied and it may be time to ask some more people you know for feedback. There is also no sign of commentary, which is essential. Corey.
ReplyDeleteThis is now much better and clearer. You have re-recorded the focus group (the old one is no longer here!), and written thoughtful commentary on how you'll use it. You have also made some good improvements to tasks such as the BCAP, but you need to make this evident by responding to the comments!
ReplyDeleteokay thankyou :)
